I had a good time at my daughters yesterday and so did all that were there. Food was really good, but then my daughter knows how to put out a good spread, so no surprise there. I did enjoy her Salisbury Steak with a bit of gravy and potatoes, half ear of corn and a small scoop of mac and cheese. Mac and cheese is always on the table for when she has kids over in the crowd. Always good too. ha She made a lemonade cake that I enjoyed too. 14 people in her condo, so lots of laughter and sharing that everyone got involved in. I did go over my K count for the day, but nothing to be concerned about. I got up today, had my breakfast and now planning my day with whole chicken in IP today. Fall Off the Bone Recipe that should be ready in an hour. Sweet potato, green beans for the rest of our holiday dinner. I should have enough chicken left for a chicken salad in the coming days too, so a win, win cooking day.
