THis weekend was difficult to eat a big breakfast and snacks because I was so much on the go. Plus we went out to dinner on MOther's Day and I had steak, caesar salad and brocolli. Just curious with it all, how my weight will be tomorrow. I stayed true but didn't eat my biggest meal at breakfast and smallest at dinner.... trying to change that.

Diet Calendar Entry for 11 May 2010:
1588 kcal Fat: 109.30g | Prot: 127.54g | Carb: 19.47g.   Breakfast: caesar salad dressing, spinach, moz cheese shredded kraft 1/4 cup (1oz), chicken breast. Lunch: lemon , splenda, iced tea, tomato, bacon, mayo best foods, lettuce. Dinner: ceasar dressing, turkey breast, eggs, lettuce 1/2 cup, spinach 1/2 cup. Snacks/Other: steak, Pepperoni, strawberry, coffee decaf instant at 10:30 am in protein drink, Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original, 100% Whey Protein Powder. more...

Still, staying on, was a huge accomplishment. We can't always do this perfectly, but staying on was as good as it gets.
