I have decided what my last week's challange will be and I feel good about it.........I selected what I know I can live with....I have lost 3 pounds so far during the past 5 weeks which for me is excellent. Part of my challenge this week is to give up one snack per day for a cup of flavored tea, with a tiny bit of honey added to it. I am hoping that this will also help me to lose some more weight before the challenge ends. Good luck to all and thanks for all the chiefs, Iml. and Bully for all your hard work and support!!!

Diet Calendar Entries for 03 March 2008:
