Kigan's Journal, 03 March 2008



Well it is March.
I started my diet again, not only that but I am going to the gym.
I know that weight loss takes time...and I get so impatient at times but I am looking forward to seeing how this all works out.

The diet I am on is the same one that I was given from my neighbor long ago. It is the only diet that has made a huge impact for me.

I started at the gym not long after the New Year, but no, not part of a resolution.

I went for a while and then stopped. Now I am really going to have to go consistently.

I would love to be at my goal weight before I go home to see my family but luckily I still have plenty of time before that happens.

I only want to lose 50 pounds... I will give it a year.

First step is 5 pounds. I am aiming to loose 5 this month.. just to see what I can do.
