I thought the skipped breakfast might have had an effect, but it was no doubt cancelled out by the two glasses of wine, a few pretzels, and two small pieces of cheese that I had at our little soiree.
I've considered fasting, but being hungry unleashes my "Inner Hulk!" I can't foist that upon my retirement community. You know how it is with old people: one little push and down they go. It's just too tempting.
So. . . . .for now, just moderate meals, regularly spaced. Until further notice.
