I thought the skipped breakfast might have had an effect, but it was no doubt cancelled out by the two glasses of wine, a few pretzels, and two small pieces of cheese that I had at our little soiree.

I've considered fasting, but being hungry unleashes my "Inner Hulk!" I can't foist that upon my retirement community. You know how it is with old people: one little push and down they go. It's just too tempting.

So. . . . .for now, just moderate meals, regularly spaced. Until further notice.

I've found that for me doing the IF has actually cut down on my appetite which used to be eat everything in sight all day long every day - it has actually astounded me - so if you decide to try it you might be surprised - or for you maybe the hulk will return - good luck!
