annnnnoyed. i've finished week one of P90X challenge and didn't lose even one lb....but from what i've heard from several people....this is normal. I'm gonna try to keep upbeat and really try even harder this week so that I can weigh in next having lost SOMETHING....I need to drink more water...ugh.

You could try taking measurements if the weight loss is too slow to keep you motivated on p90x. I used to measure everything (waist, thighs, arms, hips, chest) so I would know when I was shrinking even if the number on the scale wasn't. The only downside is that the measurements move a little slower and have smaller changes, but it's another indicator of success anyway!
