Well I kinda fell of the wagon there for a little bit. Now, I'm back and raring to go....I think. I have about 9 lbs to go til I hit a mile stone. I'm ready to get this weight off and feel better about me. I just need encouragement sometimes and lately I haven't been the best at encouraging myself.

annnnnoyed. i've finished week one of P90X challenge and didn't lose even one lb....but from what i've heard from several people....this is normal. I'm gonna try to keep upbeat and really try even harder this week so that I can weigh in next having lost SOMETHING....I need to drink more water...ugh.

So i weighed in this morning and I only lost 1 lb this week. I'm kinda bummed out that I didn't reach my goal, but then I also tell myself that I have been working out and trying to tone up. Keeping in mind that muscle weighs more than fat, I'm trying to stay encouraged and realize that I AM losing, but I'm toning up too so the numbers make it discouraging. Either way.....I'm gonna keep on trucking along and try to do wayyyyyyy better this week. i'm pretty psyched i'm starting the P90X challenge tomorrow with my bestie! I can't wait to see the results after a couple weeks. Onward towards my goal!
