My husband is doing very well. I had an excellent day. My 19 year old daughter got me a funny card and some flowers and went with me to go for my walk. She didn't walk with me - she sat and read a book but she came to the store with me and waited which was very nice of her. I walked for 45 minutes so she was waiting for a while. I did my visualization while I walked and for half an hour later back at the house. I am visualizing the 4 bedroom new house we are going to have, weighing 140 lbs., helping my daughters and friends out financially, paying off all my bills, receiving checks in the mail. Most of all I am feeling the joy and excitement in my life as these goals are being reached. I am feeling how proud I am to provide for my daughters, how peaceful it feels to walk on the beaches of Maui at sunset, how joyful I feel paying off all my debts. Do you know we only use 5% of the power of our brains. Our brains our so incredible. Our thoughts especially our positive thoughts affect our world in an extremely powerful way. Decide what you have always wanted. Visualize it - feel the incredible feelings you have as these goals are accomplished. Pick a small goal something you can focus on for half an hour for 2 weeks. Feel the feelings as it is achieved in your life. After two weeks write about your experiences in your journal or PM me. I'd love to hear about it. Be positive. Be powerful. Be all that you can be. Ask for it, believe you will receive it and receive it.
