yesterday, my friend and i agreed to have a bet. in 40 days i have to lose 10 kg or else she will buy a one bucket of spicy fried chicken with 12 pcs and a lot of gravy and i have to finish it all with 2 glasses of full fat milk. not only that, she will let me eat it with skin! and ill have it here at work, where all my colleagues will see me eating bad foods. i have a goal of saving lives from obesity, so i have to be a good example for them. i don't want to ruin my reputation just because of that DEEP FRIED CHICKEN. ohhh if i lose, it feels like i also drunk one glass of OIL :/

we just agreed with that because i told her i've been struggling to get back on track even thou i know what to do. and it is pretty effective coz since yesterday, i lost 1.5 kg already. without starving myself. and i still ate 5x yesterday but with healthy and balanced food.

this morning i ran on my treadmill and had a healthy breakfast. so because of this bet i have to workout 2x a day, before and after work. that will really help me win this bet! :)
