Corn is in season and I ate a lot of it over the weekend. Also ate out a few times - plus went to the movies and had popcorn. So I'm surprised that I didn't gain more with all the carbs I indulged in. Back on track today though, and I figure if I can stay on the diet more days than I am off, then one day of indulgence will hopefully not derail my success.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
