O.K. So I am back at it again. I have followed my eating plan pretty good the last week or so. I started running last wed, thurs, and Fri. went from 1.35 to 1.5 then 2.5 so I am definatly increasing. I went Scalloping on Sat. which typically is a good workout, however I drank enough beer to offset. runnning has been doing some good, been eating really high protein and lots of fruit, we'll see how this works out.
