The melons have begun to ripen. Now if I could just make a few meals of melons instead of chocolate covered pretzels.

you can, it is all about choices.

Oh how I wish I could eat a big bowl of melon but it's just not possible with me being diabetic it totally spikes my blood sugar for hours. Odd thing is, I can eat a small chunk of chocolate and the fat in it helps slow the sugar in it from spiking me.
