Started working out. Starting light, some arm and leg work.. I tried abs, but I'm still to achey after the baby. Giving that a few more weeks.

Adjusting physically and emotionally after a baby is a big deal! Allow yourself some time to heal. Enjoy that sweet baby!❤️
