Well.. Today could've been okay, sadly, it wasn't. I was untill a few minutes ago, but then my sister made muffins and I ate a whole bunch of them. I also a whole lot of bread. I ruined my calorie deficit for today. Oh well, tommorow's a new day. I'll try to keep calorie deficit for a longer period of time. Thank god tommorow's a workout day, so I'll do something for myself. I really have to try harder, but it's really hard with my family. Ugh.
