One of them days...where finding time to get on fs..just took all day...

One step closer to being able to hook iPad to flat screen to get zwift to work once that day comes that I’m able to ride on trainer...therapist told me yesterday..6months for rotary cuff to heal..6months for bicep muscle to heal...I’m 2 months in now...gonna be thanksgiving before I’m healed...I’m progressing in therapy...measurements was at 115..I ask therapist where she wish I was..she said 150...not sure that was do able for me..or if that was to make her look good...really only 35 from where she said...

Didn’t do a lot today...gave shoulder time off today..it needed it...

Was reading article about cod liver supplement...thought I might try the caps...

Well so much for journal today...happy Saturday..

Glad you gave your shoulder a rest! Although another 4 months may seem like a long time, at least it will be getting better everyday and as time goes on you will have less pain.
