For Friday 7/13/18: We went to Phoenix today, and I ate pretty crazy. I did exercise: 21 Day Fix Cardio Fix. Good Workout and I felt it!.
For food, in morning I had raw chocolate cereal. Lunch: hot dog, apple, cheese. Dinner: Pizza at a restaurant, Cesar salad w/ anchovies, coffee, and gelato. I'd guess my calories were higher than they have been in a while, easy 2000.
