Did horrible yesterday. It was hubby and my birthday. Decided to make it a cheat day. And had 2 glasses of wine at bunco. Made a cake didn't eat that but ate alot of mnms. Getting right back on the wagon today. Now it'll take a bout a week to get off the couple of pounds I gained for yesterday. Hopefully can do thatq by Sat. when I weigh in for the challenge. Going to stay possitive and excersize like crazy.

You won't have gained a couple pounds from a little splurge like that! You might retain some water so make sure to push the fluids to help flush it out of your system. I am sure you will be fine by Saturday. At least this is pushing you to exercise harder. There's positive to found in any situation! GO RED GO!
