115.4 Need to increase my water & cut out 1 atkins bar (eating 3 a day)should have no more than 2, preferably one!

Hey Bella, Have you tried the MioEnergy water enhancers? It's egg shaped, $2-3 and near the water in Wal-mart. It helps me drink enough water daily by adding a little flavor to it. Give it a try!
