Frustrated. I do keep losing weight but, some of it just has to be muscle mass. Next week will be one month since I've been in the gym due to the back injury. The herniated disk is getting better but, their is still constant nerve pain, any up and down action brings pain and the muscles back their are still strained. The physical therapist has reset my SI joint and now we are working on the fine muscles in my lower core to stabilize my hips and then build on that. It feels like I'm starting all over with this..
