So happy the sun is up and out. Usally its foggy in the morning till about noon then the sun comes out. Its cold but its out. After I get 2 kids off to school going to take the youngest and chop and fire starters. Weather is supposed to be sunny and cold for about the next week. Still have alot of snow on the ground from last weeks snow. Can't push a stroller on the side walks yet. After it snowed it froze.
Weight this week doesn't want to leave my body. Going to cut back on food intake again. Was eating about 10-15 grams of carbs and added in some fresh fruit and now i'm in a stall.
Not going to hit my mini goal of 150 by the 20th. Think I'm going to change that to March 3. Thats my daughters birthday and if I hit that that is what I weighed when I got preg. with her. I think that would make my year!

You've got the right idea to re-evaluate your diet when the weight loss stalls. A small change can make a big difference. Keep plugging away and the weight will come off.

You should try adding back more vegetables before you add fruit. You may not be getting enough carbs, as you get closer to your goal weight, cutting carbs too much and not getting enough vegetables will start to stall you.
