Day 3 of diet and cardio and it’s the first day I’ve stayed under my recommended calorie intake and I haven’t even walked any off yet, hopefully if I keep it up I’ll see some results next week. Yay success!

Ok cardio is good for health but to lose weight ur calorie intake is what’s important. As long as u hit a ideal target u will lose weight 😉. Oh n weights are better than cardio for fat loss

Yes I’m going to add weights next week :) trying to ease my body back in as I was debilitated a few months ago
