There must be a real science to this because I try to increase my calories today, but after entering what I've eaten so far I see that I am eating way too many grams of fat. Mainly from the cheese and peanut butter. Ugh! So the rest of my evening I'll try to go easy. I'm already up to 1200 calories and I have 7-8 hours of work ahead of me :(
