Rick Barlow's Journal, 03 June 2018

This AM I participated in a 5 KM walk for arthritis research. It was around 76 degrees and humid but I completed the 5 km in 1 hour and ten minutes. Must be getting old. At the finish I caved when I smelt the BBQ and had a hot dog and small bag of chips.(447 cal's) Gonna' have to eat a little lighter at dinner this evening. Think I will have an easy afternoon. Total steps 6,745.
