Well feeling pretty good considering I should feel exhausted after today and tonight. Just finished making 2 dozen meatballs and a meatloaf to throw in the freezer for this week. Had an awesome stir fry tonight and had brown rice (the 1st carbs I've had in 18 days....WOW) I put a very small portion of brown rice and loaded up on the veggies of course and I could not believe how full I was and could not even finish my rice. I guess thats because I have done without for some time now. Anyway, feeling pretty good and had my workout today and felt great afterwards. Taking a break tomorrow I think and going wednesday and friday (3 days this week)...don't want to over do it....but thats what I said last week and somehow i just wanted to go 4 days so I went...Who knows?? tomorrow morning when I wake up I just may pack my gym bag...we will see....Well should head to bed and hit the pillow but for some reason do not think I am going to sleep tonight.....thats been happening lately and not sure why? we will see.......

When I started SB and was about the point where you are, my energy seemed through the ROOF. I had to FORCE myself to stop and slow down by 9:30 (before SB I would get pooped out by 4:30). I would force myself to sit down, deep breath, relax, STRETCH (wink,wink) and prepare my body to slow down. I am SO proud of you and your efforts here! Your chart looks like something went horribly wrong in the stock market! Yeah for you! I know what you mean about that tiny bit of rice making you full. Makes you really wonder about how we used to eat huh? Anyway, great job and you are doing so well here. Bravo!

I don't know but, when one's body starts to change (specifically lose weight), I too have noticesd disturbances to my normal sleep patterns. In my case I sort of settle down after a while. It sounds like you are working very hard at both food and exercise, which is great. If it feels right, it probably is. One thing I would consider is that, after a while, you might want to modify your exercise into what you really feel is sustainable. I have lost weight fast in the past, doing lot's of exercise and dieting, only to find that when I stop the exercise, boom, I regained the weight. It's a delicate balance and one goes through different phases. Keep up the good work Krystal!

sounds like your settin yourslf up to new habits an routines..mabye your not relaxing enough before you get in bed..allow yourslf to relax alittle before you climb in bed..do some stretching before bed..anything so that when you get in bed..you go to sleep..you dont want to lay in bed an think about the day or anything else..bed is for sleepin and you kno..lol..have a great day...
