Rough day for dieting. Big family picnic in the park organized at the last minute with no time to prepare something low cal and tasty. I feel kind of bloated cause I ate so much junk food, but I kept my portions really small, so I'm sure I came out losing calories today. Tomorrow is a fresh start with a LONNNGGG walk in the morning. :)
