Lunch with Mom and Bud at McGrath's. Geez - it is VERY hard to calculate calories in a restaurant, especially if you aren't trying to look like some diet freak who is obsessive about what they eat. I over-estimated on several things, just in case. Either way, it is what it is! I think I did great. :)

WHOA. My weight is right between 130 and 131 - really, I'm up to a 5 pound weight loss at this point. That's only a week and two days after I started. I have been really busy the last few days, and food just doesn't even sound good. My higher metabolism has totally kicked in. The funny thing is, the first few days when I was so strict about my walking and calorie counts, nothing would come off. Now I'm barely tracking either, and it's melting off! Our family does have a tendency to react strongly to stress... In any case, I'm totally happy with it!
