Not much in the way of weight loss the last 2 weeks. At least I have not gained. I am still watching what I eat. My knees are starting to bother me from running and stair stepper. I should shift to a less impact on my knees. Unfortunately I have to run since I am Reserves and have to take a physical fitness test next month. Ibuprofin is my friend...
