Not seeing any difference on the scale but i do feel like my tummy is not as huge since i started crunches and planking even if its just for 30 seconds .. it really does help

I get more excited about non-scale victories - when regular clothes fit looser but the scale doesn't move - stay the course and you will see the results. Have a good one.
