Saw a little uptick on the scale this morning, but not recording a weigh in so that I don't get too discouraged by it. I am sure it is because I did my heavier-weight circuit training last night, which always leads to water retention in the following couple days.
Having some digestive issues this morning...the only reason I can see is because I ate at Cousin's yesterday. I've almost completely stopped eating fast food, but Cousin's seems to be the one thing I still crave. Yesterday it didn't seem that satisfying. Definitely not satisfying enough to justify the calories. I think it will be quite a while before I crave it again.
