Ok.. So I am back to my journals. I have been SOOOO Sick.. I finally ended up in the docs and needed fluids.. And it has just been a mess. I am still a bit sick.. But not like I was.. Probably about 2-3 more days before I feel well enough to exercise. But much better than I have in 2 weeks.

Sorry to my green team for dropping out.. But because of my illness I just couldn't be a good member. Hopefully in a few days or so, I can really get back to losing weight. GO GREEN.

B: Leftover hibachi chicken, veggies & rice (it was a small amount of the rice and veggies, with lots of chicken.. If I had to guess at it, I would say 30 carbs.

L: 1/2 chef salad w/ vinigar & Oil dressing, water - 10 carbs

S: Carrots (9), Hummus (3), 1/2 an apple (13) - 25 carbs

D: Chicken breast, broiled & seasoned red potatoes w/parm cheese (25), broccoli (4) - 29 carbs

S: coffee (4), Dannon Lite & Fit carb control yogurt (3), Dove Miniture ice cream (6) - 13 carbs


Total 107 carbs

Thank you guys soo much. I am getting there. I am at least moving around and doing things today. That is A BIG improvement. I spent the last week on the couch or in bed.. And with a bad cold before that. It was the flu the doc said.

Poor thing; I had that 2 years ago and suffered, but not as you have by getting dehydrated. Here's to a quick recovering starting now!
