Wow! The difference in calories consumed on WW as opposed to just tracking on FatSecret (without WW) is pretty amazing. I suspected I was eating about 1200 calories/day on WW, but I'm sure it was more it was closer to 1100 or even 1000 some days. No wonder I got down so low! I need to find a happy medium after I take off the weight I gained back. Probably around 1200-1300/day to maintain, but now I'm in losing mode so I will keep sticking to the lower end (as much as possible).

Diet Calendar Entry for 15 July 2012:
