been waking up early for the past few days, i wish to continue this for a long period of time and take a walk or jog for 45 minutes. I am a very busy person i worked 8-10 hours a day, waking up early is my only option to exercise.
I really want to lose weight for good and change my lifestyle. I am starting to choose the food i eat and track my food and fitness exercise religiously its been three days , hopefully my motivation will last..
I need support from people here, i also wish to have new friends.
