The last 3 days have been really hard. I have been sooooo hungry. I just can't seem to get full. I have maintained my 11 pound loss, but have not lost anything more in about a week. I know I am nearing my "monthly friend" and I think that is why I am craving so many things that did not phase me a week ago.
