Well, it happened. My first day where I didn't lose any weight. I knew it was coming. I'd been shedding pounds so quickly sooner or later my body was going to slow down. 16 pounds in my first week of induction to be precise. I admit it comes as a little psychological blow, and I hate that. I need to just stop fretting about it like this. I'm eating right, I started excercising, and all that will lead to the weight loss. Curse you evil scale ;) This is one of the humps I have to get over in my head and I need to do it now.
