Ok ...after submitting what I actually consumed today, I am eating way too many calories and fats and all of it (2,398 cals in today). I didn't realize that it all added up so much. No wonder I am at a plateau. I need to look at how much a serving will add up to the calories, fats, ect. Time to re-evaluate!
