beginning challenge today 7/9/12 (few days late); have completed my 2 liters of water for today! Not a water drinker so trying to focus on the benefits it will bring!
This evening begin my first training session with a trainer, to work on nutrition and exercise. I am excited, and have set an 8-month goal to lose 48 pounds. Milestone motivation = 50th birthday!
