Well that's nice to see.... ☺ It's funny how our minds are wired to see the number. This week I fought the urge to get on the scale every morning and tried to focus more on my progress. So the numbers that are more important are; I increased my weight training to 10 lbs, and I was able to get on the treadmill and run the whole 20 minutes. That's the first good run I've had in three years. Small progress for some, but big for me. 😊

Yes, I agree. I'm also trying to work on weight training since my weight goes up and down. More muscle, more burned calories.
