Seems like a set up for failure to challenge myself to a 10 pound reduction in the full of this Christmas season, nevertheless , I am on it. I’ m certainly becoming very conscientious of my food choices and portions. That’s good practice even if the weight loss is slow. I also am working on recognizing my own satiaty and contentment from both food and other activities I enjoy. So carry on all and to all a Merry Christmas!
