Well, I guess I was hungry today. I kind of ate a lot this morning but no big deal as long as I stay within my 1200.

I can't stand looking at myself in the mirror. It takes forever to lose weight.

Complain much?? LOL Sorry guys. Sometimes it gets to ya'. I know it's baby steps to lose it, pound at a time. I just got to hang in there.

On the plus side, I plan to do extra cardio tomorrow morning.

I am going to a hockey game tonight and I can't eat after 4. So I have to just deal with it - it's a food menagerie in that arena.

You have to hang in there too buddies! I can't do this without you!

Girl, we are all in the same boat!! I had my day the other day, I cried all day because I was unhappy about how I looked and how long it was taking me to lose weight. I know how you feel. Just know, we didnt gain it overnight, we didnt eat a snack cake and explode to 200lbs or whatever, it took time. Its like climbing a hill, you ran down the hill just fine, no problems at all, but getting back up the hill is a little harder. Our bodies resist change, resist letting go of fat and it is hard. We can do it, but we have to do it together. I got you!! You will not fail!! Look in the mirror at the warrior QUEEN you are, you are making positive changes and those are what will last!! Not the fat, not the unhappiness, not the negative feelings! You can do this! You WILL do this!! Take a breath, deeeeeep and slowly let it out, tell yourself that today begins a new you, a you that loves you no matter what size. You have made so much progress!! Do not let yourself get discouraged. You are a champion!!

It's human nature to complain. LOL Having said so, weight loss is a psychological game. I believe it will be easier for us If we shift our mindset. Good luck!

Thanks for letting me vent and for being so supportive my kind friends! I just ate a nice healthy salad with chicken and cucumber. I think I may just bring so macadamia nuts so I don't feel so deprived. I think I have the calories left over! Thanks everyone!

I would take some popcorn that's guilt free. Can eat more of it than nuts and is close to crunchy food around you. Love hockey! What team? We are Kings fans at my house.
