I knew this weigh in would be a drop because I weighed myself before bed and I weighed less than my weigh in the week prior after getting up. I believe I put a little water weight on last weigh in from a little too many carbs, and that it finally dropped off this weigh in, so that weight drop is technically progress from two weeks of weight loss. That's still good, but not as fast as I'd like.

I'll continue as planned for another week to see how that goes, and if I don't see a two pound drop I will either reduce calories slightly or increase my walking.
260.8 lb Lost so far: 87.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
