Feeling good - Still haven't heard the results from the last challenge. Why does it have to take so long. I really didn't change the plan my coaches gave me. I hopefully made it into the top 50 on Fat loss There was supposed to be a gift of some kind of you did all the weigh ins and top 50 in fat loss and weight loss I wasn't even trying for weight loss I am focused on body composition changes gaining muscle and losing fat. Man my arms are really feeling great!

Finished cardio, got in a little posing practice and had my salted caramel shake - ready to face the day!
