Shout out. I know this sounds stupid, but people support my weight entries, but I don't know where to go to support theirs. I feel like I'm being rude! I support the journal entries and food pictures because they pop up right away, but I don't see any weight entries. Directions please!

Hey, lady, I don't want to come across as stuck on myself or anything because it's not that at all! I don't weigh myself that often so you won't see mine. I only occasionally weigh when I go to the doctor and it goes in my "official" records because I don't trust my eyesight to see my scale well enough to not make a mistake. 🤷🏻‍♀️So I've just gotten used to going by other factors and how I feel. Plus, I have MANY health issues since I'm disabled and am on steroids, have an immune condition that attacks my thyroid, and take 2 other meds that are known to make you gain weight. 😭So I'm VERY interested in strategies for long term living with this way of eating and converting my lifestyle to this now. It means that after 2 years and over 120 lbs with 33 or more to go to a 'dream' goal weight I haven't seen since I graduated from college way too many years ago to count, I am working to make this a total life style. I want it to be like it was when I quit smoking. I stayed around my friends who smoked and didn't get cravings very often and I didn't give in to them. I need to do that with this. 😉 And now that I've bored the crap out of you to tell you you'll only see a weight from me intermittently, feel free to comment whenever. LOL 😁 I always like it!! I figure that's what we're all here for or we would never have signed in to the buddies! 🙋🏻

Smprowett, you're such a character! Haha! I understand exactly what you're talking about. I don't have the health issues that you do, but I, too, want a healthy lifestyle. I've been working on it for a few years-- including quitting smoking-- but I never tracked my food, so I didn't lose weight. Thanks for responding!
