I eat this salad everyday for lunch. Butter lettuce with a little red leaf lettuce, green onions, cilantro, 1/4 cup corn and peas combined, 2g shredded carrots, 10 cherry tomatoes of different varieties, 1/2 avacado, 4oz marinated and barbecued chicken breast diced, 2 tblspns low fat dressing, and lots of fresh cracked pepper. I have everything prepped beforehand except the tomatoes and avacado. I marinate and grill the chicken breasts ahead of time, dice them, save in baggies of 4oz each and freeze. I buy the lettuce in a bag, the shredded carrots already shredded in a bag. I chop the green onions for the week and keep them in a tupperware. Buy frozen peas and corn and put a small portion in a tupperware to keep in the frig--so they're not frozen when they go on the salad. Keep a bag of fresh cilantro in the frig and pull off the leaves each day for the salad. I know: TMI! HAHA!

No, Fifi B it's cool that you've got it so organised and maybe it will give someone else an idea of how to organise their own lunches. I couldn't eat the same salad every day. (I don't like salad that much so I have to make them more interesting, now if it was a candy bar? LOL but that's my downfall! 😵) I do similar for my dinner salads a couple times a month. And I have a fairly standard smoothie recipe. But exchanging tips, ideas, and our lives is what makes this a community I think. Just my two cents. Take care, smp
