So, I 'kinda' fell off the bandwagon but I believe I've a very good excuse: I quit smoking. It has been 13 months since I last had a cig. I also quit e-cig 9 months ago... The downside is that I gained lot of weight. I knew it would happen but I'm not too upset about it; I'm very happy to be rid of my nicotine addiction. I've also launched my own business 5 months ago and it has been a very stressful start, which made me drink more beer than I should have...Yeah, I don't think THAT is a good excuse.
Trying to get back in shape now...
