Superklikklak's Journal, 25 February 2017

So, I 'kinda' fell off the bandwagon but I believe I've a very good excuse: I quit smoking.
It has been 13 months since I last had a cig. I also quit e-cig 9 months ago...
The downside is that I gained lot of weight. I knew it would happen but I'm not too upset about it; I'm very happy to be rid of my nicotine addiction.
I've also launched my own business 5 months ago and it has been a very stressful start, which made me drink more beer than I should have...Yeah, I don't think THAT is a good excuse.

Trying to get back in shape now...
178.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 42.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Congrats on quitting smoking - and after 13 months and surviving your business launch without succumbing to smokes you can probably feel you've conquered the addiction. As for the weight you gained, some of it might just release if you quit the beer. Best wishes!
