I am a creature of habit when it comes to eating. At least breakfast and lunch. Here is my daily routine.
Breakfast: 2 cups of coffee, black. 2 strips of pastured bacon. Two large, free range eggs cooked in bacon grease, Himalayan pink salt and pepper to taste.
Morning snack: Hard boiled egg.
Lunch: 4 oz. turkey breast 4 oz. beef (varies by week, but could be hamburger, fillet Mignon, or sirloin) 1 Stalk of celery 4 baby carrots
Afternoon snack: 68g Whole milk mozzarella chunks.
I generally drink two cups of unsweetened black tea and water during the day. Dinner I have green tea.
Macros are: Sod Fat Carbs Sugar Prot Cals 1458 56.92 7.62 5.18 68.34 831
Not too shabby. Dinner is usually 400 to 600 calories depending on what we have. I try to stay below 50g of carbs per day, but don't always make it. I know I can keep this pretty stable. My unknown is dinner depending on what my wife cooks, or if we happen to be dining out.

That's great, unfortunately I'm your complete opposite. It's torture if I have to eat the same thing 2 days in a row. My hubby calls me the food adventurer. There's nothing I wouldn't try.

I can eat the same thing in a roll for about a week or two then I need to completely change it. Have you alway drank your coffee back? I love coffee but also love sugar and creamer....

I, too, love black coffee...if I need fats I will have a cup with cream, Stevie and a little sugar free Irish Cream syrup...but then it isn't coffee but dessert. You are doing so well...keep up the diligence.

For me it's not necessarily about calories as long as I stay below 2100. As long as I am not hungry, I am good with it. I've found that if I keep my fat around 50% and protein around 30% and the rest with carbs I generally do pretty good. When fat drops below 50% then I get the munchies.
