Headed out camping for the weekend. All of my food prepared and packed. I will have some home made pumpkin pie that we made for hubby's birthday. I will enjoy what food is available as this is a group event, but I will also try to fit in a normal fasting day on Friday. My weight has stayed the same through the chaos of travel and family - I consider that a win!
I still have another month were we're traveling off and on. If I'm down a few pounds at the end September I'll be thrilled.

Hello Mountain_mama I was going to go camping this weekend too. I had money saved up for sleeping bags, a cooler, and a battery powered lantern. I wanted to go fishing today, but looks like the clouds and thunder moved in. I just read your profile, good luck with your intermittent fasting.

So sorry Josh! I HATE when I get all excited to go up into the mountains and something gets in the way. Wishing you better weather soon :-)

Got back last night and weighed in this morning. Holding steady at 203.5 or so even when not counting calories or even restricting eating a treat here and there. Starting back on 5:2 intermittent fasting on Friday, I haven't fasted in a couple weeks because it would have been a little awkward in the various family meal situations. Feeling really good about the ability to maintain.
