GOALS
After a month with a lot of travel and disruptions, I have managed to keep my weight at 203.5 (the current lowest weight was 201.8). I have eaten home-made pumpkin pie and ice cream quite a bit over that month or I would have continued losing. The last two weeks were pretty much without fast days but with an 16|8 eating pattern.
I have one month before the next trip will interrupt things again, so I'm restarting with 5:2 intermittent fasting on Mondays and Fridays. Calorie goal 1800 on the 5 eating days. Exercise goal 30 minutes average each day (may be 1 hour every other day).
I would like to lose 5-10 lbs. during this month and drop one size.
Sweets have been creeping back in so I will limit a sweet dessert to one day a week or less. Reminding myself that "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels!"
