ok no more vodka. There are a lot of calories in it. Now that i'm thinking about food all the time, I want to eat good calories or at least tasty ones. Today is the second time I've gone over 2000 calories since I started, but I walked 15,000 steps today, so some of that burned up. tomorrow I sit at a desk all day.

When taking meds, alcohol can have various effects, not just a calorie issue. Some folks just have to avoid it to allow their body to get healthier and lose weight. If food has been your self-medicating strategy, and now you are eating better, it can be riskier to turn to other mood managers in substitution. You probably know that already...but important to find better means of acknowledging emotions, expressing them and releasing them to avoid continuing the pattern. Take care of you, find your balance.
