I decided that since its now over a year of using FatSecret and achieving a loss of 30kg, it's time to post some before and after pics of my body.

Yes, I'm still fat but it doesn't bother me because I know I am on the right path with awesome support and I will lower my bodyfat as time goes on and will stop my health from being negatively affected.

Like most fat/obese people, I was ashamed of my body BUT I am being brave to share these pics in the hope that it motivates others. These pics don't really do justice but I hope you can see the results of my fat loss as well as becoming more muscular. This results were achieved following 4:3(The 5:2 Fast Diet) and 16:8 Intermittent Fasting(IF) and it also disproves the myths that fasting will result in one losing substantial muscle mass. You will also see that I was getting brown patches on my chest in my before pic. I am not sure what caused them but they disappeared as my weight dropped. It could have been liver spots due to the amount of strain my liver was going through in my obese state or it could have been the result of some other skin disorder but once I started losing the weight, those brown patches stopped spreading and eventually disappeared so I am sure that they were a warning sign of some sort that my body was not coping with all the excess weight.
