Before and After, anyone?
I'm 32 years old and I was over 134kg and now I am 106.9kg and dropping. I started to follow the 4:3 Fast Diet and Intermittent Fasting since April 2015. I'm at my lowest weight in my entire adult life! My Fast Days are No-Food-Fasting.

Feeling demotivated
Saige18 have u added fast days into ur week??? It really works well. I ate kfc burgers, fries, wings, rice, potato, etc. and I still lost weight due to my fast days. Also focus on your macros. Aim to get 1.8 times your bodyweight in protein and 0.9 x your bodyweight in fats. Keep carbs under 50g. You just have to find what will work for u but also question yourself if u really do have that weight/fat to lose.

The Alternate Day Diet
Correction - I've lost over 16.5kg now Very Happy lol. Ibiza122 has followed my journal entries since I started here on FatSecret. I started the 5:2 Fast Diet and lost about 8kg without even getting back into the gym so the weight loss was purely based on the effectiveness of the 5:2 fast diet. I upgraded it into a 4:3 fast diet and made Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays as my fast days. Now I have further upgraded it into no-food fast days and get by on just 3 to 4 cups of coffee. Read my journal and you will see that I went through stages where I put on weight that I lost due to going offtrack but quickly got rid of that weight when I started again. The one thing i love about the 5:2 fast diet is that it is flexible and it is easy to sustain therefore long term sustainable weight loss is possible Smile I'm at my lowest weight in over 12 years!

Count of Protein, Carbs and Fat in grams does not match the ratio of Protein, Carbs and Fat!
Anybody else having this problem where your total weigt(grams) of the Protein, Carbs and Fat that the Food Diary shows you at the top does not match the wheel at the bottom that shows the ratio of Protein, Carbs and Fat ??? It's not making sense! Confused

Fat : 141.42
Carbs : 159.48
Protein : 137.88

BUT my wheel at the bottom shows as :
Fat : 52%
Carbs : 26%
Protein : 22%

How can Carbs be 22% when it was the most consumed of the 3 !?!? Confused
